Rental Terms

These terms cover reservations made through this website and rentals with Arawak Car Rental, Caya Soeur Meletia 13, Aruba.

Reservations

A booking request through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We confirm availability and price by email or WhatsApp before the booking is final.

Driver requirements

• Minimum driver age: [CONFIRM: minimum age, e.g. 21 or 23]
• A valid driver's licence held for at least [CONFIRM: years]. Foreign licences in Latin script are accepted; an international driving permit may be required otherwise.

Deposit & payment

Fuel & returns

Vehicles are provided with [CONFIRM: fuel policy — e.g. full tank, return full]. Return your vehicle to our office at Caya Soeur Meletia 13 — we'll shuttle you back to your stay or drop you off at the airport.

Insurance & accidents

All rentals include [CONFIRM: insurance coverage summary and excess/own-risk amount]. If a car is involved in an accident, leave it where it stopped until the police arrive, call 100 (police) and 165 (Incident Registration Service), then call us on +297 560-0776. No need to contact any insurance company yourself — we'll handle that side and help you out.

Use of the vehicle

Vehicles may be driven on public roads in Aruba. Off-road driving is [CONFIRM: allowed for jeeps only / not allowed], and driving on the beach or in seawater is not permitted.

Cancellations

Liability
