Arawak Car Rental ("we", "us") is a family-owned car rental company based in Aruba. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we handle when you use this website and rent with us.

What we collect

• Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and any message you send us. Forms on this site are processed by Netlify Forms, our website host.
• WhatsApp and email: if you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share.
• Rental details: to complete a rental we ask for driver's licence details and accommodation address on the island.

What we don't do

• This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Why we use your information

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your rental, and meet our legal obligations in Aruba (for example, records related to rental agreements and insurance).

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to help you. Rental records are kept as long as Aruban law and our insurance require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are visiting from the EU, you have these rights under the GDPR. Just email us at reservations@arawakcarrental.com.
